The title of this article does not refer to any tendentious means nor to any current of extreme right, but to the freedom to surf the Internet from work freely, with knowledge, with meaning and with practical objectives, always professional.

Social networks have long burst into the professional environment, but today there are still many companies that continue to block their access to workers. Many of them are companies that are even present in many social channels of the Internet, but at the time of truth only a few privileged of the company can benefit from their information.

To deprive of social networks a worker would have to be a double crime, or to censure knowledge, like not wanting to take advantage of so many rich and gratuitous resources. Social networks, well-applied, can allow entrepreneurs unthinkable benefits, from calculating the brand reputation of a company, anticipating the reception of a product, receiving direct feedback from the client, getting to know the workers ...

Today it is worrying that 40% of companies with an Internet connection do not have a corporate website, or that 4% of these companies do not have email. That only 12.2% of companies make sales through e-commerce ... but with these data on the table it can be understood that there are still employers who censure social networks to their employees.

The digital divide that a few years ago had to do with access to the Internet alone is mutating and the fracture continues at the same pace as new social channels, new applications, programs, digital resources ... Today seems to be up to date the digital revolution is an epic personal battle where only the lucky ones who have more free time can upgrade and become true guardians of knowledge.

Communication 2.0 does not have host manuscripts and constantly evolves. We still live a complex digital revolution but if you want it you can summarize it in many ways and try to simplify it to the fullest. Social networks are an important source of information that can be used to improve the performance of almost any department. The key is to get in good hands, lose fear and analyze the needs of the company.
